It is the time to prioritize our goals and possibly also to cultivate our personal growth through yoga, meditation and connection with nature. That’s why we propose a list of yoga retreats to face autumn well.
October is a perfect month to reconnect with new goals. It may be in physical or emotional wellbeing, professionally… But the truth is that we all need to take as a starting point that new roadmap that we propose. And the truth is that one of the best ways to do this is through a yoga retreat. As a practice that integrates health from a holistic point of view, yoga offers us the possibility to connect with our desires while taking care of our body through a constant practice. Therefore, as a return to routine and welcome to the month of September, we want to talk about four yoga retreats that are in themselves an experience you won’t want to miss.
Wylder retreats in Ibiza and Menorca: an oasis of luxury in idyllic settings
Wylder offers several yoga retreats throughout the year. The closest to the current date are those that will be held from 5th to 9th October and from 9th to 13th October respectively in Ibiza, and from 18th to 22nd October and from 22nd to 26th October in Menorca.
The first will take place at Can Terra, a beautiful house located in the north of the island of Ibiza and surrounded by pine forests.
It will be a retreat that will include yoga classes (one per day), a walk around the island, an open-air cinema at night, two pilates classes with Pilar, founder of The Loft Ibiza centre, a gastronomic experience, a breathing session and a meal at NUDO, a local restaurant founded by former Noma chefs. You can check all the details here.
The second retreat will be on the other beautiful Balearic island: Menorca. In this case, at the recently restored Santa Ana country house. A project undertaken by The Vestige Collection where guests can enjoy total privacy and seclusion just a 10-minute walk from the local beach, Cala Macarella.
The retreat will include vinyasa, power and yin yoga classes, lunch and dinner by Gabriel —founder of Casa Humo— or a workshop by Bettina, creator of Etesian Gallery. You can check all the details here.
The holistic health programme of Ecohotel El Agua, Tenerife’s purest accommodation
This is one of the most beautiful and sustainable hotels in Tenerife (to say the least). In keeping with its aim to offer a wellness and health experience, the hotel organises a retreat that combines different types of yoga (ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha, kundalini and yin) with other activities and resources.
For example, epigenetic tests, which allow further personalisation of the experience and provide information about health at the cellular level. There will also be pranayama activities including breathing and meditation practices, essential for releasing tension and finding inner focus, as well as a daily massage.
Nor should we fail to mention the organic menus prepared with local and seasonal products. All this in an exceptional environment where nature is perfectly integrated with the spirit, inviting us to contemplation and meditation through natural sounds and the beauty of the landscape.
Each retreat is personalised and the client chooses the dates according to their preference.

On this occasion, the prestigious 5* hotel Es Racó d’Artà is lending its space to offer a 6-day retreat featuring two jivamukti yoga classes a day, pranayama sessions, meditation, restorative postures, immersion in nature and fine cuisine with gourmet breakfast buffets and three-course dinners.
The retreat includes full access to the hotel, with its lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools and a spa with sauna and steam room. All set on a vast private estate bordering Mallorca’s largest nature reserve, in the colourful village of Artà, known for its picturesque lanes and lively street markets.
