Mexican cuisine is one of the most varied and exquisite in the world, and taking advantage of its festivities, Le Méridien and the Mexican Consulate General in Barcelona are organising this week a special menu of Mexican dishes from the state of Yucatán.
Chefs Edmundo Escamilla and Yuri de Gortari, together with Eugeni Cortés, chef at Le Méridien Barcelona, are in charge of preparing a menu with Yucatecan specialities from starters to desserts, which can be enjoyed every night at CentOnze from 16 to 20 September.
The midday menu will also include specialities from this region during the week.
Discover a world full of flavours and incredible colours. The intense and exotic flavour, as well as the originality of its recipes are some of the notes that best define the exquisiteness of these Mexican dishes.
And to close this week dedicated to Mexico, on Friday 19 September at Le Pop Bar there will be a party with Mexican DJ Güther Robles and a tequila tasting.
