Dior presented last night the Cruise 2016 collection at the Palais Bulles, the legendary house of Pierre Cardin in the French Riviera. Surrounded by a “sweet, childish and playful” atmosphere in the words of the creative head of Dior, Raf Simons, and an architecture with a designation of futuristic 70’s, were rolling the 53 models in which Simons was squeezing the best of the brand. The ladylike figure in its simplest form and sac bags were the big stars of the day, although the sweaters and dresses also had its place alongside the asymmetry in the cut and bend buttoned jackets. As for color, it was filled with a daring and abstract psychedelia, in blues and greens, paying tribute to the French coast and creating a perfect formula to change the pieces at different times.
In the front row we could see the best known faces such as Oscar Marion Cotillard, Zoe Kravitz, Theresa Palmer and Dakota Fanning who are delighted with the collection and location.
