In addition, La Textil, a craft brewery has brewed a beer exclusively for the Rooftop Garden of the hotel. This beer, in a style originating in Belgium, is characterised by the use of 50% unmalted wheat. The other predominant factor is yeast, with notes of clove and banana. It is infused with orange peel and coriander seeds and is highly carbonated, which helps to make it more refreshing, ideal for drinking outdoors on the rooftop of El Palace.
