The urban art and luxury of Jewelry Suárez have found a meeting point in the new collaboration between the Spanish firm and the British artist D*Face. With this collection, Suárez reaffirms its path towards innovation.

D*Face began his career when he was only 15 years old doing graffiti. Now, he is one of the references of contemporary British art and pop culture. With his collection with Suarez he manages to reflect urban art on a new canvas, jewelry.

The #IamSuarezbyDFace collection is the result of the union between tradition and avant-garde, elegance and urban style. In addition, these jewels are the clearest demonstration that modernity and quality are not two incompatible concepts. Each of the pieces is designed with a technical complexity and materials that surprise. Rose gold, white gold, diamonds, sapphires and unexpected details shape the pieces.

The collection consists of a total of 14 pieces that can be purchased online or in  own stores. Among them are:

The Heart Struck pendant.

A heart made of 18K rose and white gold and white diamonds. It can be opened and inside it keeps a hidden message personalizable. The back of the medal is engraved with the artist’s signature.

The “Wingspray” pendant

Made of 18 carat white and rose gold. A clear tribute to street art and popular culture. It is a spray can with two small wings that sounds when shaken.

Wingspray Pendant.

The pendants “Love Gun”, “Love” and “Peace Gun”.

All three are made in 18 carat rose gold. The first one matches the double ring with the same design, two pistols intertwined in a heart. The second is a safety pin from which hang the letters of the word love. Finally, “Peace Gun”, a gun-shaped pendant from which the word peace emerges.

The “Shot in the Heart” pendant

It is made of 18K rose and white gold and white diamonds. At first glance, it is a ball with two small wings on the sides, but, when opened, it is discovered in its inside the word love.

The “Flutterdies” ring

It is the most special jewel of the collection. Made with 18 carat pink and white gold and a pavé of sapphires of various colors and gray diamonds. The piece is actually three different since it is disassembled and thus appear two more rings. One of them, a butterfly of diamonds ideal for the most special occasions and, the other, an alliance with a discreet skull perfect for everyday wear. Together they are the symbol of the symbiosis between the refinement of Suarez and the transgressive art of D*Face.

Suarez repeats collaboration with Okuda San Miguel

Some of the pieces of the collaboration between Suárez and Okuda San Miguel last year.

The collection was presented at a hotel in downtown Madrid to coincide with ARCO, one of the most internationally recognized contemporary art fairs. At the event, the jewelry shared space with some of the works by D*Face and Okuda San Miguel, an artist with whom Suárez repeated this year’s collaboration.

Spanish painter, sculptor and designer known for his murals of geometric shapes and vibrant colors. Okuda was the first artist Suarez collaborated with to create a unique jewelry series. After the success of their union last year, it seems that Suarez has been encouraged to continue working with other artists and to launch with Okuda two new pieces. Two 18-karat rose gold pendants, one in the shape of a heart and the other in the shape of a bird, and designed with the lines that are so characteristic of the artist.

Thanks to these collaborations, street art ceases to be clandestine and becomes small collector’s items.
