Nike launches its first maternity sportswear collection
Nike launched last fall its first maternity sportswear collection: “Nike (M)”. The four-garment line adapts to all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. In addition, it is designed to create maximum comfort for expectant mothers during this beautiful experience;
The new capsule collection includes a sports bradesigned especially for mothers, with easy access for nursing, moisture management and an adjustable band. A tightsbreathable, flexible waistband, a sling top stretchy and a multi-purpose sweatshirt ideal for breastfeeding, with reversible design.
“Nike (M)” aligns perfectly with Nike’s sustainability goal, with pieces made from a range of 78% to 88% recycled polyester. The collection was developed over three years, carefully analyzing more than 150,000 scans of pregnant and non-pregnant women.

Tommy supports social entrepreneurship
The Fashion Frontier Challenge is a global program aimed at finding and supporting new ideas that are helping to make the fashion landscape more inclusive. In the third edition of this initiative, Tommy Hilfiger aims to help diversify the fashion world by supporting black, indigenous and colored entrepreneurs.
Among all candidates six finalists will be chosen. In addition to the total prize of €200.000, the winners will get a one-year mentorship with global experts from Tommy Hilfiger and experts from INSEAD, as well as a place in the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Program (ISEP)..
Tommy Hilfiger also goes a step further and gives its consumers the opportunity to be part of this initiative. As part of the jury that will choose the finalist proposals.
