MR PORTER reopens its doors in Barcelona to present its new proposal: a steak house that follows the techniques of the traditional brasserie  .

Located in the centrally located Sir Victor Hotel, next to Paseo de Gracia, MR PORTER , the former Omm Hotel, offers a steakhouse in a lounge atmosphere every night from Tuesday to Saturday. .

The restaurant presents options to suit all tastes, resulting in an unforgettable culinary experience. This is based on the tradition of grilled dishes mixed with the modernity of new cooking techniques.

The menu, original and innovative, is based on dishes prepared in the restaurant’s own wood-fired oven. From high-end meats to vegetable dishes cooked to perfection, MR PORTER manages to create an unforgettable culinary experience.

According to Yossi Eliyahoo, founder and co-owner of the Dutch Entourage Group:

“I always create places that fit in with the local audience but at the same time offer them something new, different. It’s very important to know the market well; you can’t ignore a city and its people with its cultural heritage”.

The gastronomic proposal is elaborated with high quality products and an unbeatable execution and staging. MR PORTER offers an attractive menu with a variety of starters such as spicy hamachi sashimi and roast beef carpaccio. Two dishes that combine the exotic with the traditional.

One of its most outstanding main courses is the chateubriand with foie gras accompanied by broccolini with black garlic and baked sweet potato. High-quality meat with vegetables that at Mr Porter’s is elevated and becomes a delicacy for diners.

The final touch to the menu are the delicious desserts with their Thai coconut, profiteroles and finally, their well-known Ice Cream Lady, three scoops of ice cream with cream on top of a plate of Himalayan salt that make this dessert the perfect combination of sweet and savoury.

The premises, designed by BK Architects of Mediterranean and cosmopolitan inspiration, leaves no one indifferent. It is a 300m2space with a panoramic bar with 3600 oak wood. The venue has different atmospheres and plays with classical elements mixed with a more industrial and modern style.
