The Catalan capital is fortunate to enjoy renowned restaurants, including Mr Porter Barcelona which, apart from offering great grilled and varied dishes, presents a new variety of signature cocktails. Innovating with fresh techniques and flavours that join the excellent gastronomy of the restaurant. In addition to being able to enjoy mixology on Monday afternoons, and thus start the week in a more enjoyable way.

The combination of the new cocktails has been created by Juan Serrano, the head bartender of the restaurant. To create this menu, with which to make diners fall in love, they didn’t need to go far away to get inspiration. The streets, life and climate of Barcelona have been reason enough to transport theessence of the new cocktails. The sun is present all year round, accompanying the swaying of the crowds of people who walk around the Ciudad Condal, with their gaze on the Mediterranean. All of them, essential elements that are transmitted through the new glasses.

But the presence of new cocktails is not the only thing that Mr Porter Barcelona has on its menu. To add more colour to the increasingly cold autumn, diners can enjoy the afterworks. Joining the Insomnia Studio brand, they can enjoy cocktails and tapas every Monday afternoon, making the first day of the week a more serene and fun start.

Every Monday evening diners can enjoy the combination of cocktails with their dishes. With star dishes such as focaccia, made with 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham.

One of the differences we find in this new cocktail menu is its more elaborate presentation. In addition, with the aim of stimulating the five senses, among the explosive flavours we find a sensual mix. Among the 12 cocktails divided between Refreshing, Savoury and Exotic we can highlight Aphrodite, with mezcal, yuzu, lime, basil and cucumber. Romeo and Juliet, made with grey goose vodka, pink grapefruit, lime, rosemary, ginger and lemongrass. While in the exotic category, the Foxy Taile, with silver tequila, lime, hibiscus, ginger, orange liqueur and pink pepper salt.

Each ingredient plays its personal role within Mr Porter Barcelona, fitting the pieces together to compose a perfect place. Bringing together cocktails and gastronomy, just as he did for Halloween, along with his panoramic bar with 360º oak wood. Fusing its meat and vegetables, as well as its menu of dishes where you can taste the focaccia, the veal tartare with beluga caviar or the foie-gras baked taboon. .

In this way, they continue to offer their diners a modern steak house space, where they can find a traditional steakhouse cuisine. The flavour of the best meats is enhanced to the maximum.
