We visited Juno House, the first private members’ club in Barcelona, exclusively for women.
Strategically located between Diagonal and Aribau, Juno House is the first club created and conceived for women today. It was created with the purpose of favoring the personal and professional development of women. In addition, it actively promotes personal well-being and the creation of a great collaborative community among women..
Juno House was founded by three entrepreneurial women: Natalie Batlle, Liana Grieg and Eva Vila-Massanas. They wanted to create a space for women, promoting collaboration over competition and forming a synergy of co-creation among club members.
Located in the business center of Barcelona, the club centralizes under one roof all business services and personal comfort, as well as its own space for the development of maternity. This space is housed in the Building of the Farinera d’Aribau, an architectural work of the nineteenth century that has been rehabilitated for use today. The entire interior has been refurbished by Merche Conca, from BCA Arquitectura and decorated by interior designer Meritxell Ribé, from The Room Studio.

The house has 1,400m2 designed to inspire and enhance members’ productivity. The Juno House has four floors, where each floor represents a different activity created for personal and professional growth and well-being.

This area is dedicated to co-creation and professional development. An open space that includes all the necessary amenities for holding events, meetings, gatherings, exclusive meetings and even audiovisual productions.

On the top floor of the building is a fitness studio-boutique area specializing in barre, Pilates, yoga and dance classes for club members. Meditation classes and pre- and post-natal care are also available. The program of activities includes both national and international methods.

The third floor is completely dedicated to the self-care of the members. It has bathtubs to relax, dressing tables, beauty and wellness treatments…. everything you can imagine to look the best version of yourself. Among the services offered are manicures, massages, acupuncture and much more.

Little Juno: for moms with a full agenda and high expectations
This space dedicated to the little ones is ideal for working moms. This cheerful and radiant area is designed and conceived to achieve the desired balance between personal and professional. It is a space for work without interruptions, classes and playful activities for children and personalized support for families.

And finally, on the main floor there is a very cozy area, decorated with avant-garde furniture and lamps, focused on leisure and relaxation. In this space cocktails are served and private dinners can be held. It is the ideal place for girls’ nights, wine tastings or intimate events.

Juno House is still an exclusive club, and to be part of this community you will have to pass a selection process and pay a monthly fee. They have received more than 500 applications and the founders are already making a screening, with the aim of ensuring a mix of different profiles of women.
Looking to the future, they contemplate the expansion of Juno House to other parts of Spain, such as Madrid and even to European areas such as Milan or Lisbon.
