This summer saw the opening of House of WOW, the new social club with restaurant, bar, live music, events, workshops and a concept store, consolidating itself as one of the favourite places to enjoy leisure in Ibiza.
After dinner you can enjoy the best cocktails while live music accompanies the evening. Its proposal goes beyond being a simple restaurant, as the aim is to present itself as a Social Club open almost all year round, resting from 8 January to 8 March. They offer gastronomyand relaxation in the large garden, a programme of activities, as well as a concept store.
House of Wowis located in the middle of the island, 15 minutes away from the iconic day and nightlife spots of Ibiza. In this way, its location is perfect to enjoy the island in its entirety, visiting the best known places.
The delights of Ibizan gastronomy
Ibizan chef, Cristina Dueñas, is at the helm of the kitchen, and offers dishes made with local and seasonal produce. The dishes are complemented by a menu with more than 80 wines, and to round off the evening, a selection of breaking cocktails, with unique flavours. As the chef herself says, it is important for them to evoke memories of family gatherings through the flavours of the territory.
The menu includes dishes such as prawn cocktail, or macaroni with veal or truffle.
The menu is made up of both meat and fish dishes, as well as adapted for vegetarians. We find dishes such as veal picaña, veal scallops or aubergine salad with pomegranates to share, to then taste the most outstanding proposals such as Ibizan squid with garlic confit sauce or beef sirloin Galician ruby with café de Paris sauce.
The garden has a private space for groups of more than 20 people, allowing you to hold corporate events or family gatherings while you enjoy a meal and cocktails.
For simpler delights they offer the popular double Smash burger, with aged cheddar cheese, or the vegan pizzeta with truffles and spinach. As for desserts, the menu includes powerful flavours with the spicy lemon meringue pie, or the flaming alaska, designed to be shared between 3 and 4 people.

As for the cocktail menu, there are classic mixes, as well as signature combinations such as Jungle Bird, based on rum, or Dope Slap, with pisco, banana liqueur, whisky and tequila. Very cold mixes are also present in the slush drinks section, with frozen daiquiri or frozen gin and tonic. You can also order kombucha, a drink that is increasingly in demand for its beneficial properties;
Wow’s multiverse with garden and cocktail bar
In addition to the lunch and dinner area, House of Wow has a huge garden, adapted for meals and private events. There is also a drinks bar which is accompanied by the best ambient music. Every night the space is transformed into a perfect place for chill-out while enjoying the DJ who sets the pace.
The outdoor area has tables and sofas where you can relax for a while.
One of the new features of House of Wow is the space dedicated to cultural events where workshops, talks and events in different fields such as cinema, art, fashion or literature will be organised.The programme of activities will be launched from October onwards, taking into account very special events marked for these last months; Halloween, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
The dedicated event spaces, such as the bar and the food hall, convey the essence of nature that surrounds the place.
Handmade products in the SPRMRKT concept store by Nelleke
On the other hand, the space also features the SPRMRKT concept store, SPRMRKT, owned by Dutch business partner Nelleke Strijkers, who has lived on the island for decades. Throughout the shop’s 21 years they have had brands such as Rick Owens or Ann Demeulemeester garments, but now the concept has changed.
Inside the concept store we find unique pieces for women and men.
The artisan and local products are at the forefront, with the collaboration of the Ibizan brand, Olaz, vintage collections, jewellery, among other things. They also design their own overalls, which are worn by the staff;
Summer opening hours: open for dinner and bar with music from 19.00h to 03.00h every day except Tuesday.
Winter opening hours: will start at the end of October, open from Wednesday to Sunday all day, offering lunch and dinner. The bar will be open with music until late.
