Gastronomic experiences with a local stamp

San Miguel GastroFest Km0 is an event that allows us to delve into the universe of good food and to recognise how lucky we are for the variety of products that are born in the territory. In addition to the food stalls, the festival offers unique experiences for everyone. In the Aula de Cocina, and with the help of Cuina magazine, you can enjoy showcookings with some of the most outstanding chefs. The line-up includes the Hermanos Torres, Carlota Claver (La Gormanda), Fran López (Xerta), Arnau París (winner of MasterChef 9), Pep Moreno (Deliranto) and Susana Aragón.

On the other hand, the activities continue with tasting workshops and the art of pairing. Here, the balance between km0 products and San Miguel beers is explored, accompanied by live music and DJ sessions that harmonise the atmosphere of a weekend that connects with the products of the land.

Sustainability of proximity

With the third edition of GastroFest Km0, the festival reinforces its commitment to sustainability, both gastronomic and social as well as residual. To organise the event, they use plastic-free materials, using wood, and are committed to hiring staff at risk of social exclusion.
