In 1989, the Palais Bulles was sold to fashion designer Pierre Cardin, who saw the potential it had for a future museum. During these years, it has become a meeting place for nightlife scenes. Lovag considered this space as an ancestral habitats, of caves and caverns, a place where art and nature come together.
