During the 18-minute short film, the creative process behind the restaurant is revealed. Inspired by traditional Japanese bars, just 14 diners can sample dishes made a la brasa, watching the chefs cooking inches away. The smoked dishes are one of the central elements of the cuisine, using smoke as a garnish. Smoked Room offers the Omakase proposal, a word that means to put yourself in the chef’s hands, to trust him while enjoying the gastronomic journey.
