With the arrival of summer, cinema moves out of the buildings and into the open air as the sun goes down. Cibeles de Cine is back in Madrid for another year, offering visitors the chance to enjoy summer nights with the best films.
But this year, celebrating the eighth edition of Cibeles de Cine, they are dressed in red, and the Italian cocktail flavour of Campari accompanies the evenings. Throughout the summer, until 14 September, the cocktail brand will be holding events and after parties, offering the iconic cocktails alongside legendary films.
On 29 June, the Galería de Cristal at CentroCentro inaugurated the new edition by screening Casablanca, and along with it, the first Campari Cinema Afterparty where the Negroni cocktail, created with dates and citrus fruits for the occasion, was presented. Meanwhile, Pianobar accompanied the evening with the best film soundtracks. Along with them, Cibeles de Cine added a plus by offering a unique experience.
In addition, Campari tickets allow spectators to enjoy the screenings in a more premium way. Having three more complete options:
- Campari Premium Cinema: premium stalls seat with Italian dinner, Campari Spritz and red popcorn (Box office: 21,50€ / Online: 22,50€).
- Cinema Red Campari: Cibeles de Cine ticket with Italian dinner and Campari Spritz (Box office: 16,50€ / Online: 17,50€).

The best stories on summer nights
For 11 weeks, spectators can enjoy more than 70 films in the Galería de Cristal. From great classics, independent cinema and the latest hits. In addition, this year the Warner Bros company is celebrating its 100th anniversary, and the line-up includes titles such as Singing in the Rain and 2001: A Space Odyssey. Then there’s the mythical Dirty Dancing, or Spanish sessions such as Modelo 77 and As bestas. Not forgetting the recently released films Oppenheimer, Barbie and La Sirenita.
This is not the first time that Campari has joined the film world, having already been an official partner of festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, International New York Film Festival, among others. As well as participating with actors and actresses such as Zoe Saldaña, Ana de Armas and Clive Owen, who starred in some of the short films Red Diaries.
