Someone is installed in your home while you establish you in theirs during the days, weeks or even months! that you have finalized. The only requirement is that you’re both on the list of professions included in Behomm.com: from architects, film makers, stylists, photographers, to art directors and a long list of artists.

The profession of these people allows Behomm grouping homes with a singular and artistic beauty. But we’re not talking about luxury, but pretty houses of any type and design. Farms in Germany, farmhouses in Canada, New York lofts, apartments in Amsterdam or cottages in Indonesia; beaches, urban or rural villages, any place in the world.

Behomm is different from other communities for exchanging homes because you can only access it if another user sends you an invitation to apply for registration or if this invitation comes directly from Behomm.com through a simple form, thus allowing the system safer without anonymous registrations. This mechanism is much more professional and provides reliability to the users around the world.

Its creators, graphic designers Eva Calduch and Agustí Juste, had this brilliant idea after spending long hours searching the Internet for websites of Home Exchange. This community offers a free trial of 1 year without providing bank details; after this period, the subscription is 95 € per year. Currently, they have about 1400 members of which you can see a preview of their houses on the web.

Behomm also donates 5% of its profits to Architecture for Humanity, a charitable organization that seeks architectural solutions to humanitarian crisis.
