The centre is divided into two areas: the free area, Free Experience, and the ticketed area, Ticketed Experience. The start of the Free Experience features five exhibition modules where we delve into the history of the sport, the importance of technology to continue evolving, and the commitment to be a more sustainable competition

Six interactive screens showcase the world’s best sailors, along with their boat designs and equipment.

In addition, the teams and crew members are revealed through interactive projections. This first area connects with the official shop, which presents the new clothing collection for the 37th America’s Cup Barcelona.

Sport and the essence of the sea come together through a projection on a 128m2 screen. The room is equipped with water and wind effects, allowing you to enter completely into the story they offer.

The digital wave of the “time tunnel”, takes you on a journey through the 172 years of history of the competition, with the second largest screen in Europe and the largest in Spain, with 611 m2 and 4k format. Meanwhile, the film One Hell of a Battle which reflects on why it is such a special competition at international level, its demands and the limits that must be overcome to achieve the ultimate trophy will be screened;

During the film, viewers can see images of sailing boats that have been competing in the editions. A film that also anticipates the novelties that will arrive in Barcelona in the next edition.

The exhibition also features two immersive AC75 simulators, with capacity for 10 people, which allow visitors to experience the competition from the perspective of a crew member. The system used has virtual reality glasses, and an air and water system. This activity is not yet available, it will be available from 5 October.

A realistic experience that engages all five senses

The art technology chosen is the key element for an immersive experience like no other. Throughout the 40-minute-long tour, the different rooms are integrated thanks to the large LED screens that broadcast videos of the competitions, as well as interactive totems. In addition, there are two foils (fins) of AC75 in match race or a replica of the America’s Cup trophy.

On the one hand, on the top floor of the centre, on 12 September, Vraba Restaurant will open its doors, where you can enjoy views of the port while tasting author’s cuisine.
